Application Channels
  1. N Class Admission Procedures (Entry of September 2024)
      1. Children aged 12 months can apply for N Class.
      2. The interview will be conducted in November 2023 with the applicant and parents.  The interview date and time will be notified separately in writing. The admission results will be announced before 16th of  December 2023.
      3. Parents should accompany their child for the individual interviews through games and conversations.
      4. We meet with all applicants.
      5. We will inform applicants of the application result by post.
      6. After received the Notification for Admission Result by post, please complete the registration procedures on specified dates by paying the registration fee $1000. Late registration will be deemed as an abandonment of the offer.

     

  2. K1 Class Admission Procedures (Entry of September 2024)
      1. Children aged 12 months can apply for K1 Class.
      2. The interview will be conducted in November 2023with the applicant and parents. The interview date and time will be notified separately in writing. The admission results will be announced before 16th of December 2023.
      3. Parents should accompany their child for the individual interviews through games and conversations.
      4. We meet with all applicants.
      5. We will inform applicants of the application result by post.
      6. After received the Notification for Admission Result, please complete the reservation procedure for your child on specified dates by submitting the original of “2023/24 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” and paying the registration fee $1000 from 5 to 7 January 2023 (Centralised Registration Dates set by the Education Bureau). Late registration will be deemed as an abandonment of the offer.
      7. Current N Class students should also follow and complete the K1 admission procedures.
      8. Parents should apply for the “2024/25 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” in the Education Bureau from September to November 2023.

     

  3. Important Notes
      1. To complete the admission procedures, parents should complete an application form and submit all the required documents. We will send back the application number by post within one month.

      3. Parents can submit the application form in person or through the online application system: https://admission.ekinder.com.hk/ycyo/
      4. Each application form is used for applying for one class in one academic year.
      5. All application forms and related documents of unsuccessful candidates or those who remove themselves from the waiting list will not be returned; instead, they will be destroyed immediately.
      6. The quota of K1 Class for the academic year 2024-2025 is 18.
      7. The quota of N Class for the academic year 2024-2025 is 20.
      8. An application fee of $30 will be collected during interview. The application fee is non-refundable whether the application is successful or not.
      9. NCS applicants please inform us by 2450 2143 or email to [email protected] at least one week before the interview date if interpretation / translation service is required. The school also accepts parents and children to be accompanied by relatives and friends who understand Chinese to help communicate.

     

  4. Arrangement for Waiting list and Changing school
    1. For those applicants who have not yet been arranged an interview or have no result after interview, will be queued at the waiting list. We will notify the parents by phone or post to arrange an interview with the applicants once there is vacant school place.
    2. If the reservation procedure has been completed  for your child.  The registration fee HKD $1000 will be deducted from the first month school fee.  If parents decide to change school after registration, please notify us in writing. The school will return the “2023/24 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the “2023/24 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”, the school will no longer keep the school place for the child.
